Bruce Murchison serves as an Area Chair for C12 Group Austin/San Antonio, and is focused on developing the Texas Hill Country region. He has over 30 years of broad business experience as a founder/principal in several technology companies, in management consulting with regional and international firms, and as COO/CFO in three large professional firms. His areas of expertise include business strategy, process improvement (including lean implementation), and technology. Bruce is a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Lean Implementer candidate. His education includes a B.A. in Political Science, and an M.B.A. in Finance/Accounting.

Bruce has been married to his wife, Debbie, for over 30 years. They have a grown daughter and son. He feels called to C12 out of his passion to be a more intentional Christian witness in the marketplace and is currently a board member on the San Antonio Christian Business Chamber of Commerce.
