To be clear, C12 is not just another Bible study, nor is it a Christian networking group. C12 is all about building thriving businesses that are platforms for growth and ministry. Here are a few particulars of the dynamics of the C12 Group:

• Each group has only one company type per group to avoid conflicts of interest and to foster open and transparent discussion. 
• Groups are facilitated by full-time Area Chairs who are supported by member dues. 
• Dues are based on company size and are paid monthly.
• Each member will have an opportunity annually to present his/her Core Business Presentation.
• Group discussions are held in confidence.
• There are more than 600 member companies nationwide; you have opportunity to learn from other businesses in your field.
• Each year C12 hosts a National Leaders Conference with featured speakers and seminar topics.
