The Monthly Business Excellence: Lab Series is for the busy entrepreneur focusing on a specific business improvement, the business owner considering C12 more closely, or the CEO looking to refine and perhaps mentor certain business skills with his staff. We take one concept per month and drill deep, leaving you with a well developed action plan for next steps.  These labs last about 1.5 hours and are always during breakfast, enabling you to return to work immediately with a fresh perspective and specific plan of action.
