A C12 Chair develops and facilitates up to 3 C12 Groups and 2 Key Player Groups as a fee-for-service professional business practice with the heart of a ministry.    C12 has 48 primary-vocation Chairs covering 60 metro areas, and offering nearly 100 CEO Roundtable groups to over 900 business executives from coast-to-coast and north-to-south.

Who Are We Looking For?

C12 Austin/San Antonio seeks Associate Chairs who exhibit the following 5 primary qualifications:

 

1) Business Ownership and/or C-level Executive Success: having had profit/loss, hiring/firing, and other strategic organizational responsibility in companies or effectively serving such leaders, engaging peers as a credible and trustworthy advisor, and possessing the ability to effectively facilitate roundtable group meetings and one-on-one sessions.

 

2) Mature Christian Character: loving Jesus Christ and living as an authentic disciple, exhibiting gifts of leadership, discernment and exhortation, and demonstrating a solid foundation in and commitment to God's Word, the Bible.

3) Passion for the Marketplace: understanding the strategic influence of business as a stewardship and a platform for ministry, committing to C12 as one's primary vocation, and providentially able and called to launch a professional practice.

4) Development and Sales Capability: prospecting for and attracting qualified members, initiating through authentic relationships and through diligence, discernment and perseverance, effectively calling others to make decisive changes and grow under the Lordship of Jesus Christ in all areas of their life, with particular focus and emphasis on their business.

5) Intangibles: exhibiting authority, gravitas and leadership bearing with the ability to listen and mentor; winsome, bold, not a "respecter of persons," willing to sacrifice and serve, being humble and teachable, listening to and speaking the truth in love, being the kind of leader people want to follow, possessing clarity regarding this calling, and benefiting from their spouse's support for this calling.
