Tom brings to his role as C12 Managing Chair over 30 years of experience owning, building and operating a highly successful executive benefits and compensation consulting practice.  He has personally applied his craft to over 450 businesses and financial institutions during that time. He has significant experience in general management, strategic planning, and compensation design with an emphasis on retention and reward strategies for key management, financial modeling, banking and marketing.  His education includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in Sociology, Economics and Financial Services.

Tom has four children, two granddaughters and is married to Ann Brown Jordan.  He came to know the LORD and became a follower of Christ at the age of 33, and has since been an active participant in several ministries, both local and national.  His calling as a C12 Chair is in developing the Central & South Texas area for The C12 Group.  He is passionate about helping to equip business owners and CEOs in applying their faith on a daily basis and in their own work environment while continuing to build viable, sustainable and financially successful companies.
